We came for lunch and had a deliciously simple kurbissuppe with a variety of seeds and croutons, followed by the Truffe tartare. The tartare was hand cut, still had a bit of texture and was not at all slimy. The seasoning was fantastic and included mustard seed, fresh shaved truffle, Parmesan and quail yolk. The tartare was served with small potatoes, salted butter, bread, rosemary and thyme. I’ve never had a better tartare and, as is rare in Switzerland, it was worth the price. ”

“ I am not sure how to begin this review. Amazing restaurant. The food is great, the service is impeccable. One example: We sat down outside and it started raining, immediately we had the opportunity to move inside. When it stopped we moved our again. The staff was incredibly helpful. Now, the food. Have you ever heard anything about the food not being nice in Switzerland? Well, the fried fish was way better than the one I had in many other see locations. The soup was tasty. The tartare was excellent. The coffee was good and their liquor selection too. Also, the location is wonderful: very quiet and next to the river: it's nice to enjoy a walk before or after dinner. I will definitely go back. ”
